6-WEEK TRAINING CYCLE
Say goodbye to rigid fitness rules and influencer body standards.
During this 6-Week Training Cycle, I will send you two new workouts every two weeks, each focusing on different areas, including mobility, strength, stability, and core work. These workouts are designed to be done 2 to 4 times a week (e.g., Workout One can be done 1-2 times, and Workout Two can be done 1-2 times). You also have the option to integrate these workouts into a calendar based on the days that work best for you. Each session is designed to be completed in 30-45 minutes to optimize your time. If you prefer shorter workouts, I’m happy to program those too—because life happens.

I empower women to create their version of fit, whatever that means to them.
I used to think that being fit meant fitting into a certain invisible mold or body standard. I thought that "fit people" had a certain body type, a fitness "look", and they always knew what they were doing in the gym.

We all tend to put so much pressure on ourselves to have a certain body image, so we run ourselves into the ground with "balls to the wall" training and constant thoughts that we still aren't "fit" enough. ​
My journey with nutrition and fitness empowered me to break the misconceptions about what fitness truly is. One thing I know to be true: we all have different walks of life and realities unique to only us, and what's most important is creating our very own healthy, best versions of ourselves. Our fitness journeys should complement and enhance our lives, not consume them.
​My role as a trainer, nutrition coach, educator, and fellow badass human is to help other women find their special, unique sparkle within their wellness, health, and fitness journey.
